Join us for a midsummer somatic and sound therapy session! The summer season brings longer periods of light, awakens your spirit, inspires heat and vibrance in your body.

In this session you can expect to begin with a light, dynamic movement practice and breathwork to shake out stress, fatigue, and mental chatter to prime your body and spirit for the sound bath that will follow.
WHAT TO WEAR:
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and allows for easy movement. We recommend something light and loose-fitting to allow for flow of energy and relaxation during the sound bath.
