I’m a somatic priestess.
Somatic is a bit of a scientific or technical term that means “of the body” which I happen to be a giant nerd about. Priestess is the title of a historically forgotten feminine side of spiritual guidance & leadership.
Science & spirituality are topics people tend to keep separate. You also don’t hear too many people using the words sacred or holy & sex in the same sentence either, more on that at another time.
As a culture we have also separated the connection between mind, body, and soul. This separation is what causes so many to be numb, depressed, confused, and angry. My purpose here is to guide and support a reconnection of this holy trinity through somatic & tantric practices focusing on sound, breath, & movement.
