Ditching Shame For Freedom

Do you find yourself, or your partner complaining that you take too long to orgasm? Is she broken?

Do you look at her with disgust & judgement?

… do you look at your pussy at all? Is she neglected?

She’s not broken. She’s riddled with shame.

Let me explain.

What is shame?

Shame is often confused with guilt, although similar, guilt refers to an action/experience while shame refers to you as a whole. Consider the #metoo movement. How many of those traumatic stories were kept secret or even flat out dismissed for years?

Trauma interferes with our capacity to process emotions. So many of us hold shame in the body; as women, we specifically hole shame in our womb & pussy.

How it can affect you? Shame in the body can manifest physically, mentally, emotionally, and even spiritually. A few examples of some symptoms this frequently manifests as is painful sexual experiences, lack of orgasm, lack of confidence, extreme self-doubt, stress & anxiety, depression, disconnected from intuition.

What can you do? Shifting out of shame into freedom. Imagine feeling at home in your body & having peace in your mind. No longer ruled by self-doubt & extreme pressures. Feeling confident in your skin, in your deicsions, and in yourself as a whole.

You cannot experience freedom without releasing the shame that binds you.

Your body hold the key… and I can help you find it.

Many experts will say to practice mindfulness, self-compassion, and therapy. That’s a great start. Shame lives in the cells & tissues of your body, not just in your mind. You must learn to create awareness as well as move your body and utilize it’s gifts & wisdom to fully liberate yourself.

The key to liberation is in the body.

Embodiment practices such as breathwork, sensual embodiment, meditation, self-pleasure practice, ice-bath & sauna, and intuitive movement or ecstatic dance can support you in your journey to reconnecting to your body so that you can move out of your mind and into your body, to allow the body to do what the body does best… heal.
