MEET SAMANTHA
I’m here to remind you that your body has the answers, your desire is divine, and true intimacy doesn’t require dim lighting and silent suffering.
As a Tantra guide and intimacy mentor based in Houston, I work with individuals and couples just like you who are ready to feel confident in your skin, live a life you actually want to wake up to, and finally experience the kind of intimacy you’ve been craving.
I’M NOT
YOUR GURU

MY JOURNEY:
I built the life I thought I was supposed to want: marriage, kids, the picture-perfect home.
But under the surface, I was depressed & disappearing.
I smiled through the disconnection, performed intimacy, was agreeable, I felt stuck in a relationship that looked perfect but felt hollow and was silently aching for something real.
It wasn’t until everything cracked… my relationship, my body, my faith, that I realized what I really needed wasn’t more self-help.
I needed to feel my body again. To hear my no. To reclaim desire without shame.
When I found tantra, something clicked. Something I’d always felt but didn’t have the words. A way back to truth through breath, sensation, and sacred rebellion.
Now, I create spaces for others on that same edge.
As a tantra practitioner and intimacy guide in Houston, I hold containers where intimacy is practiced, not just discussed.
Places where individuals and couples can ask questions, laugh at, and explore the ways we’ve created distance from the very thing that makes life worth living… intimacy.

I guide individuals and couples through:
Tantra workshops and embodiment rituals in Houston
Somatic-based intimacy coaching and sacred sexuality practices
Support for healing body image, religious trauma, and sexual shame
Spaces that integrate spirituality, sexuality, and somatic healing
Through Sacred Spaces Studio and the Houston Tantra Community, I create experiences where people can stop performing and start practicing the intimacy they’ve been craving.
Because real transformation doesn’t happen by reading books and learning about your childhood trauma, it happens when you fully experience connection in your body.
WHAT I DO NOW:

Check out our podcast Grow As We Go: A divine & taboo storytelling podcast for the holy rebels, embodied seekers, and sacred misfits who are exploring the healing available at the intersection of sexuality, spirituality, and somatic healing… because there’s more to intimacy than performance and more to healing than talk therapy.
Each week we explore what it means to come alive in our relationships, to unravel shame, and deconstruct all sorts of conditioning. Here we give permission to ask questions, laugh at, and explore the ways we’ve created distance from the very thing that makes life worth living… intimacy.
Through intimate conversations with local Houston healers, coaches, facilitators, and mystics, this show also serves as a living, breathing love letter to the community we’re building through our events in Houston.
