Tantric Grief Masterclass (Free Virtual Event)

a free virtual masterclass

12:00-1:00pm CST Wednesday, June 17th

exploring grief, the body, and the profound transformation that becomes possible when we stop resisting what we feel.

Most people think grief is something that happens when someone dies.

And of course, the death of someone we love is one of the deepest and most profound forms of grief we can experience.

What I've come to understand is that grief is woven throughout the human experience.

It lives not only in the loss of loved ones, but also in the ending of relationships, the loss of identity, the dreams that don't unfold the way we imagined, the seasons of life that come and go…

The countless moments life asks us to let go of who we were in order to become someone new.

Many of us have spent years carrying these experiences without ever recognizing them as grief.

Instead, we push forward, we stay busy, and function instead of feel.

Meanwhile, the body continues carrying what the heart has not fully felt.

What often appears as anxiety, exhaustion, numbness, depression, chronic tension, emotional reactivity, or disconnection may be more connected to grief than we realize.

This conversation is for those who sense there is something deeper beneath what they've been carrying.

Together, we'll explore the many forms of grief we experience throughout a lifetime, how grief impacts the body and nervous system, and what it means to allow grief to have its way with us rather than fighting, suppressing, or avoiding what we feel.

You'll also be guided through a simple somatic practice designed to help you cultivate a different relationship with grief and the emotions living within you.

If you've ever wondered if there is more beneath the sadness, anxiety, exhaustion, or disconnection you've been carrying, this conversation is for you.
