exploring grief, the body, and the profound transformation that becomes possible when we stop resisting what we feel.
Most people think grief is something that happens when someone dies.
And of course, the death of someone we love is one of the deepest and most profound forms of grief we can experience.
What I've come to understand is that grief is woven throughout the human experience.
It lives not only in the loss of loved ones, but also in the ending of relationships, the loss of identity, the dreams that don't unfold the way we imagined, the seasons of life that come and go…
The countless moments life asks us to let go of who we were in order to become someone new.
MOST OF US HAVE NEVER BEEN TAUGHT HOW TO SIT WITH GRIEF
we’ll explore the many types of grief we experience throughout a lifetime, what it means to allow grief to have it’s way with you, and why the emotions you avoid often continue living in your body.
IF YOU’VE EVER WONDERED…
if there is something beneath the anxiety, exhaustion, sadness, numbness, or disconnection you've been carrying, this conversation is for you.
YOU’LL LEAVE THIS MASTERMIND WITH
a new understanding of grief, a simple somatic practice, and a different lens through which to view the challenges, symptoms, and transitions you may be navigating.
MEET SAMANTHA
Tantric Grief came to me in the weeks after my younger brother died.
At the time, I didn't fully understand what it meant. But as I surrendered to my own grieving process, it became clear that this was the path I was being asked to walk—and eventually share with others.
My brother's death initiated me into a deeply embodied relationship with grief. As something to feel, trust, and allow to transform me, rather than the traditional route of going back to normal, avoiding, or numbing.
Today, I combine my backgrounds in somatic healing, Tantra, breathwork, embodiment, and community facilitation with the wisdom born from lived experience.
I know this terrain intimately, and I guide others through it with compassion, presence, and deep respect for the transformative power of grief.
