exploring grief, the body, and the hidden impact of unprocessed emotions on our capacity to feel alive.

Most people think grief is something that happens when someone dies.

And of course, the death of someone we love is one of the deepest and most profound forms of grief we can experience.

What I've come to understand is that grief is woven throughout the human experience.

It lives not only in the loss of loved ones, but also in the ending of relationships, the loss of identity, the dreams that don't unfold the way we imagined, the seasons of life that come and go…

The countless moments life asks us to let go of who we were in order to become someone new.

MOST OF US HAVE NEVER BEEN TAUGHT HOW TO SIT WITH GRIEF

We've learned how to push through it, distract from it, stay busy, stay productive, and continue functioning while carrying the weight of everything we haven't fully felt.

MEANWHILE, THE BODY KEEPS THE SCORE

What often shows up as anxiety, exhaustion, numbness, depression, chronic tension, emotional reactivity, or a lingering sense of disconnection may be more connected to grief than we realize.

THIS MASTERCLASS IS AN INVITATION TO EXPLORE A DIFFERENT POSSIBILITY.

One where grief is not a problem to solve, fix, heal, or overcome…

Where grief becomes a doorway, a teacher, an initiation.

You've experienced a loss that still feels unresolved, even if it happened years ago.

You've gone through a major life transition and feel like part of you is still trying to catch up.

You find yourself carrying anxiety, exhaustion, emotional heaviness, or a sense of disconnection that you can't fully explain.

You've done personal development work, read the books, listened to the podcasts, and still feel like there's something deeper asking for your attention.

You know that there is more available to you—more connection, more intimacy, more joy, more aliveness—but something feels in the way.

You are curious about the relationship between emotions, the body, the nervous system, and healing.

THIS MASTERMIND IS FOR YOU IF…

YOU’LL LEARN:

The many forms of grief we experience throughout a lifetime—not just grief associated with death.

How grief impacts the body, nervous system, relationships, and overall well-being.

The hidden cost of emotional suppression and what it asks the body to carry.

The philosophy behind Tantric Grief and what becomes possible when we stop resisting what we feel.

How expanding our capacity for grief expands our capacity for love, intimacy, connection, and aliveness.

You'll also be guided through a somatic practice designed to help you recognize where grief may be living in your body & begin cultivating a different relationship with what you feel.

This is not a masterclass about analyzing grief.

It's an opportunity to experience what becomes possible when you slow down enough to listen to it.

what is

tantric grief?

When I say allowing grief to have its way with you, I'm not talking about becoming consumed by grief.

Developing the capacity to stay present long enough to receive the wisdom, transformation, and opening that grief has to offer.

I'm talking about ending the fight with it.

MEET SAMANTHA

Tantric Grief came to me in the weeks after my younger brother died.

At the time, I didn't fully understand what it meant. But as I surrendered to my own grieving process, it became clear that this was the path I was being asked to walk—and eventually share with others.

My brother's death initiated me into a deeply embodied relationship with grief. As something to feel, trust, and allow to transform me, rather than the traditional route of going back to normal, avoiding, or numbing.

Today, I combine my backgrounds in somatic healing, Tantra, breathwork, embodiment, and community facilitation with the wisdom born from lived experience.

I know this terrain intimately, and I guide others through it with compassion, presence, and deep respect for the transformative power of grief.
